By using this website or buying training from AtlantisAI (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide AI training and certification preparation, including AI CERTs programmes as an Authorised Training Partner, plus corporate workshops and related advisory work.

Delivery modes

  • Self-paced online: access to digital course material and, where included, an exam voucher.
  • Trainer-led (virtual or in-person): scheduled live sessions.
  • Corporate/private: as agreed in a written quote.

Dates, venues and trainers may change for reasons beyond our control; we will give notice and offer an alternative.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once paid, or once a signed quote/purchase order is accepted for corporate clients. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate details, keep login details private and do not share course access. Exams are subject to AI CERTs rules; misconduct may lead to disqualification without refund.

Intellectual property

Course content, materials and this website belong to AtlantisAI or its licensors, including AI CERTs. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, resell, record or distribute them without written permission.

Trademarks

"AI CERTs" and related certification names and logos are trademarks of their owner and are used under our partner arrangement. Certification is awarded by AI CERTs, not AtlantisAI.

Liability

Training is provided for education. We do not guarantee exam results, jobs or business outcomes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant course, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
