AtlantisAI (Pty) Ltd ("AtlantisAI", "we") is a South African AI training provider and an Authorised Training Partner (ATP) of AI CERTs. We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

  • Enquiry and contact forms: name, email, phone, company, role and your message.
  • Email: anything you send to us by email.
  • Bookings and checkout (when live): billing details and course choices. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Website usage: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and approximate location.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and send quotes.
  • To enrol you, deliver training and register you for AI CERTs courses and exams.
  • To issue invoices and meet tax and legal duties.
  • To send course updates or news, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

Third parties

We share only what is needed with: AI CERTs (learning platform access, exams and certification), our payment provider (once online payments go live), Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics) and our email provider. Some of these may process data outside South Africa; we use providers with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our site runs on Squarespace, which uses essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to help us understand traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years if they don't become a booking. Learner and training records: up to 5 years. Financial records: as long as SA tax law requires (generally 5 years). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
