1. What this is

AtlantisAI is running a soft-launch pre-registration. Eligible people who complete the form at /pre-register may be selected for one of approximately 100 complimentary AI CERTs® course places that AtlantisAI is allocating from Certs365 partner credits while we open as an AI CERTs® Authorized Training Partner (Gold).

This is a promotional competition / chance-based allocation of training places. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

2. Who may enter

  1. You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  2. You must complete the official form at /pre-register with accurate details.
  3. You must be able to take up a place in the way AtlantisAI delivers the relevant AI CERTs® programme (online / virtual / scheduled dates as communicated).
  4. AtlantisAI directors, employees, and agencies running the promotion, and their immediate household members, are not eligible for a complimentary place under this draw (they may still pre-register for updates).
  5. One entry per person (one email). Duplicate entries may be removed.

3. How to enter

Submit the form on /pre-register during the promotional period and tick:

  • Privacy consent (required), and
  • Accept draw rules (required).

Marketing opt-in is optional and separate; you can enter the draw without marketing consent.

Closing date / promotional period: [Irshaad to insert — e.g. from soft-launch publish date until the earlier of (a) 100 places allocated or (b) a stated end date / time, Africa/Johannesburg].

Late, incomplete, or ineligible entries will not be considered.

4. The complimentary places

  1. Approximately 100 complimentary AI CERTs® course places (subject to available Certs365 credits and partner rules).
  2. AtlantisAI will indicate eligible course families (e.g. Essentials / Business / Executive tracks) when notifying winners. “Course interest” on the form is a preference, not a guarantee of that exact course.
  3. Each successful allocation is typically one course place per person, unless AtlantisAI states otherwise in writing.
  4. Places have no cash alternative, are not transferable for cash, and may not be sold. AtlantisAI may allow a transfer to another eligible person at its discretion.
  5. The place covers the training/certification pathway AtlantisAI specifies for that allocation. Travel, devices, data, and any third-party fees not expressly included remain the participant’s responsibility.
  6. Partner (AI CERTs®) terms, exam rules, and scheduling still apply. If credits or partner capacity change, AtlantisAI may substitute a reasonably equivalent programme or withdraw an unallocated offer with notice to affected entrants.

5. Selection and notification

  1. Complimentary places are limited. Not every registrant will receive a place.
  2. Selection method: [Irshaad to confirm — e.g. random draw from eligible entries; and/or priority cohorts (students / L&D / early registrants) disclosed here before go-live].
    For CPA transparency: if any non-random factor is used, describe it clearly on this page before the promotion closes.
  3. We will contact selected people using the email (and WhatsApp only if provided and needed for logistics) on the form.
  4. Selected people must confirm acceptance within the time stated in the notification (suggested default: 7 calendar days). If we cannot reach you or you do not confirm in time, we may allocate the place to another eligible entrant.
  5. Public winner lists are not required for this soft launch; we will not publish full ID numbers. We may share first name + city/province only with your consent, or keep results private.

6. Personal information (POPIA)

  1. We process personal information to run pre-registration, the draw/allocation, and related communications, in line with our Privacy policy (/privacy-policy) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
  2. Required for the draw: name, email, “I am”, province, course interest, privacy consent, accept rules.
  3. Optional: WhatsApp number; marketing opt-in (separate).
  4. We do not sell your personal information. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe.
  5. Information Officer / contact for privacy queries: as stated in the Privacy policy (or info@atlantisai.co.za until updated).

7. General (CPA-minded)

  1. This promotion is conducted in a manner intended to be fair, transparent, and honest (Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including principles reflected around promotional competitions).
  2. AtlantisAI may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or breach these rules.
  3. We may amend these rules for clarity or compliance; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation after a change may be treated as acceptance where lawful.
  4. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned (partner credit issues, force majeure, etc.), AtlantisAI may cancel or modify it and will notify registered entrants by email where practical. No purchase having been required, there is no refund mechanism for entry.
  5. South African law applies. Non-exclusive jurisdiction: courts of South Africa.
  6. AI CERTs® is a trademark of its owner. AtlantisAI is an Authorized Training Partner; this promotion is run by AtlantisAI, not by AI CERTs unless expressly stated.
